Well, it is a niche of a niche that has huge money making potential. Modular homes have seen a huge upswing in sales and interest over the past 2 years with people looking to save on housing costs without sacrificing quality. Is that the niche? Is it too late to open a modular drop ship site?

No, the niche that is being underserved based on The Time Machine’s numbers are “modular home designers and architects”. It seems that the macro niche creates a mote that is tough for new people to get into such as building and shiping a modular home, but the minor niche is almost being left underserved. Home design people and interior designers should modify their blogs and websites for SEO purposes and PPC purposes to take advantage of this money making opportunity.

Search volume has increased while the results and PPC costs have remained stagnant, creating a niche that is being underserved.
