On February 17, 2009 President Obama signed the new American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 or referring to new energy tax credits. Many have jumped at this to entice people to upgrade to new energy efficient products and earn tax credits back. This plan does provide home owners with some good incentives to upgrade.
